There are two new things we’re thrilled to be highlighting in this round of product update briefings:
- We’ll be providing an in-depth look at Impact Edge for the first time and presenting information on the new (and complimentary!) Impact Dashboards that are currently being rolled out to our customers.
- Additionally, we’ll unveil our three new strategic innovation themes for our YourCause CSRconnect and GrantsConnect solutions: Modernize, Globalize, and Connected Systems.
Introducing Impact Edge from Blackbaud: Our AI-powered reporting and storytelling solution
Earlier this year, we introduced Impact Edge, our latest product for driving corporate impact. Impact Edge allows CSR professionals to enhance their reporting with a unified data platform that consolidates employee giving, volunteering, and community investment data. We’re excited to explore the three new Impact Dashboards being launched for YourCause customers: Give, Volunteer, and Grants.
Additionally, we’ll preview some upcoming functionality for the tool, including custom goal tracking and data integrations with partners to help you capture even more detailed insights into your impact and outcomes.

Modernization
We are continually enhancing the interface and mobile responsiveness across CSRconnect and GrantsConnect to make them even more user-friendly. Recent updates in this theme include a mobile-friendly CSRconnect Admin Portal, simplified management tools for grant workflows, and improved peer-to-peer fundraising features. Looking ahead, we will preview upcoming innovations such as mobile volunteer event check-in and integrating AI capabilities into grant application creation.
Globalize
Our goal with globalization is to ensure the platform is universally accessible while addressing local needs. We are dedicated to inclusive innovation, enabling you to support and engage employees wherever your operations are based. We are continually exploring ways to enhance the global user experience through new and existing features, such as expanding translation opportunities in our 26 languages, simplifying the management of global settings across our solutions, and refining our search capabilities to promote easier engagement with relevant causes.
Connected Systems
Our final theme, connected systems, represents our most ambitious goals. This theme emphasizes integrating our robust Blackbaud solutions and collaborating with others to provide you with more data, faster donation processing, and enhanced features that will save you time and offer deeper insights into your impact. We are at the beginning of significant innovations aimed at linking your CSR programs to charitable causes in profound and transformative ways. Impact Edge is a prime example of this, and it has rapidly become a fan favorite amongst our clients!
